Dear Wilson Boys Aquatics Families,
We’re excited to announce the launch of one of our biggest fundraising efforts for the 2025–2026 year through Zeffy, as well as updates on Individual Family Contributions (IFC) and our 4th Annual Alumni Game & Silent Auction. We will be available for questions at tomorrow's Parent Kick-Off meeting-please see Sofia Rejon at the Fundraising table.

Fundraiser #1 – Team Pledges (Now Live!)
We are launching our team pledge fundraiser this week using Zeffy!
For returning families, note that we will no longer use 99Pledges — Zeffy charges no fees, so we keep 100% of all pledges.
Each player’s fundraising goal is $1,000 (adjustable in your account settings to fit your family’s target).
Players should upload a photo and take the lead in sharing their fundraising page.
Last year, with 63% participation, we raised over $20,000. Let’s beat that this year! Our projected costs to support both Waterpolo and Swim for 2025-2026 are near $80,000 so fundraising is crucial to our success.

Individual Family Contributions (IFC)
The Wilson Boys Aquatics program depends on each player’s Individual Family Contribution of $400 per season (Water Polo and Swim) to maintain our program. It costs over $80,000 annually to operate, not including the added needs for our new pool.

Fundraising Incentives
Raise $600+ → Only $200 IFC for one season
Raise $1,000+ → No IFC for one season
Raise $2,000+ & play both seasons → No IFC for both seasons
Fundraiser #2 – Alumni Game & Silent Auction (Coming Soon!)
Our 4th Annual Alumni Game & Silent Auction will be held in October. The Silent Auction has become a highlight of the event, and we’ll soon begin collecting donation items. More details to follow.
